The hard part was never the list.
Anyone can pull four thousand companies that match your profile. That list costs almost nothing and it is worth almost nothing, because it tells you who might buy someday and not who has a problem this month.
Appointment setting is the unglamorous work between that list and a time in your calendar: working out which twelve companies have a live reason to talk, finding the person who actually signs, writing to them about their situation rather than yours, and then answering every reply until somebody agrees on a Tuesday at ten.
That is the whole service. We are the team doing it, and one of the founders is on your account, not a rotating pool of juniors.
What you stop doing
- Building lists on a Sunday because delivery ate the week
- Writing the sixth follow-up to somebody who went quiet
- Explaining to a new SDR, again, what your firm actually sells
- Finding out on the call that the person has no budget and no problem
